Supplier Warranty Policy

LUMETRIK provides a supplier warranty covering manufacturing or technical defects.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty applies if a product:

• Does not function properly from the beginning of use, or
• Fails due to a technical or manufacturing defect,
  without any sign of short circuit, misuse, or incorrect installation.

This applies to products such as:

• Plugs and adapters
• Switches and sockets
• Distribution boxes
• Trunking systems
• Bulbs and panel lights

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by short circuit or power surge
• Wear and tear due to normal use
• Improper use or operation outside the product’s rated specifications
• Incorrect or unsafe installation
• Installation not carried out by a qualified or certified installer
• Physical damage, modification, or misuse

Important Conditions

• Products must be used according to their intended purpose and rated capacity
• Proper installation is mandatory for warranty validity
• Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims
